Al Ansari Hospital is characterized that we have great services, including: Acute services such as the emergency department, specialized trauma center, burn unit, surgery or urgent care. It can then be supported by more specialized units such as cardiology, intensive care unit, neuroscience, obstetrics and gynecology


  • All Individuals are entitled to receive the best medical care without discrimination due to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, or source of payment.
  • Patient is entitled to be informed of the identity and role of all physicians and support services involved in his care.
  • Patient has the right to refuse treatment or examination by any or all of the medical team. The hospital in turn shall document this occurrence.
  • Patient has the right to privacy while in the hospital and to expect all information and records regarding his care will be kept confidential.
  • Patient must be given all the information he needs to give informed consent regarding treatment or refusal of treatment.
  • Patient is entitled to obtain a copy of his medical records, medical record or discharge summary.
  • A patient may refuse to take a part in researches, and should be able without fear of reprisals to complain about care and services received.
  • Patient has the right to expect safety, security and protection during his stay in the hospital.
  • Patient might wish to be prematurely discharged, despite the potential adverse consequences that have been discussed and fully understood by him, patient is then, requested to sign a form indicating he/she is being discharged against medical advise.
